I have been making music since high school, playing bass guitar in several bands. I became interested in the studio work already during the first recording sessions, initially just to help the sound engineers, later already producing the songs for my own bands. Since 1991, I have been working as a sound engineer and producer in the studio of IS Music Team. In the meantime, there was a break in the music, I was busy in business, but in the early 2000s I already invested in my own studio equipment and since then I have been once again recording audio professionally.

In addition to recording, mixing and mastering, I also record bass parts for various projects. 

As a producer, my work has brought me together with Mr Ari Hoenig, Mark Berthoumieux, Jukkis Uotila, Jukka Eskola and George Konings to name a few  famous musicians. I've been also working with the number of international and local  artists - the bands like Apelsin, The Sun, Regatt, the singers like Renae Rain, Jordan Jackson, James Werts, Lee Thomas, Alen Veziko, Rebecca Kontus, Ingmar Erik Kiviloo, and Liisa Tetsmann.

Together with my good production teammates, we can cope with a wide variety of music styles.

Roland's music career started at the G.Otsa music school, where he studied composition and piano under Margus Kappel. He has played keyboards in the bands KOP, Mahavok, Nemo (Anne Veski).

Later in the United States, he collaborated with many well-known artists - trumpet player Randy Brecker (Brecker Brothers), saxophonists Andy Snitzer and Zane Massey, bassist Jerry Barnes and Mark Egan, drummer Graham Howthorn, percussionists Gerardo Velez and Hasan Bakri. Roland worked in New York's Variety Recording Studio as an assistant recording engineer, has arranged for Island Record, Arista, Warner record companies (Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan). He studied music production at NY Music Business School.

Both in Estonia and in the USA, he has written and produced music for various TV series, commercials and films.

Rauno Pella

I have had a passion for music ever since I can remember. I seriously started practicing drums at the young age of 8 in spring of 1999. After graduating from Pärnu Music School in 2009 and The Academy of Music and Theater in 2013, I’ve gained variety of experiences in working between different styles of music. In both schools my specialty was different percussion instruments, the main emphasis being in classical music. At the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre I got my bachelors degree in classical percussion teaching.  Despite that I’ve always had one leg in the academic and the other in rhythm music and before enrolling my studies at the academy, I spent a lot of years in amateur independent scene as a drummer as well.  I’ve had the honor and privilege of working/recording with a plethora of artist/bands/orchestras internationally as well as locally. Some names include Anneke van Giersbergen, Gavin Harrison, Morgan Ågren, Niko Tsonev, Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg, Kristjan Randalu, Jaak Sooäär, Ain Agan, Mai Leisz, The Swingers, Imre Saarna & The Beat etc.  I play 7 different musical instruments and enjoy working on orchestral arrangements as well as recording sessions for different artists. A lot of my work these days include doing pre production for clients and helping them to realize their musical ideas. My main workstation is Logic Pro X, which I’ve been successfully using for more than 10 years as main recording/mixing tool.
